Great to meet you!

I have specialized experience working with clients facing issues including depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, career issues, and also individuals who have experienced trauma such as abuse and neglect. I am passionate about assisting individuals in breaking free from the effects of toxic family/relational environments and/or traumatic experiences. I also enjoy coaching clients in achieving the goals they have set for themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Christian counseling is available for those who choose to incorporate spiritual beliefs in their therapeutic process.

I primarily use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families in resolving internal and/or relational conflict. I also provide psychoeducation on many topics including depression, anxiety, self-care, ministry fatigue, and effective communication.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe and affirming environment for my clients as they learn coping skills, grow in emotional intelligence and developing healthy relationship dynamics..I would love the opportunity to consult with you and discuss how I can assist you in your journey to emotional healing.
