Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Olivia — a licensed therapist and yoga instructor with nearly a decade of private practice experience. My approach integrates somatic therapy, psychoanalytic insight, and a deeply patient-centered style that helps clients feel grounded, understood, and supported from the very first session.

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve helped many clients uncover patterns that no longer serve them, reconnect to their bodies, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to slow down, explore your inner world, and cultivate more alignment between your mind, emotions, and body. Whether you are healing from the past, seeking clarity in the present, or building a new chapter of your life, I’m here to support you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based tools.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and supportive space where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We’ll talk through your history, current challenges, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we’ll work together and what your path forward can look like.
