Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care works best when it feels like a partnership. I take time to listen, understand your experiences, and involve you in every step of your treatment plan. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and supported while we work together to find the right tools and strategies to help you feel more stable, confident, and hopeful about the future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I focus on understanding each person’s unique experiences and symptoms so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits their needs. I combine clinical expertise with active listening and respect for your perspective, working together to manage symptoms, build coping strategies, and support long-term stability and wellbeing. My goal is to provide care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered and supported throughout your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know you and understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your symptoms, mental health history, current challenges, and what goals you hope to achieve through treatment. I’ll also ask questions about your overall wellbeing so I can get a full picture of your needs. By the end of the session, we’ll begin discussing possible treatment options and next steps, and you’ll have space to ask questions and share what feels most important to you. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported from the very beginning
