Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I understand that beginning this journey can often feel like the most difficult step. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse settings with individuals, families, and couples, each with their own unique stories and challenges. I work with adolescents navigating their formative years, adults facing a wide range of life transitions, and older adults reflecting on their experiences and looking toward the future. Wherever you find yourself, my goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can explore your path forward—together.

My approach to therapy

When you're ready, I would be honored to support you—whether you're seeking solutions, looking for insight, or simply need someone to listen. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which involves exploring underlying desires, patterns, and unconscious influences that shape behavior. Through thoughtful interpretation and reflection, we can work toward meaningful change, reduce the impact of mental health symptoms, or explore new strategies to help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, I focus on understanding your unique needs and experiences. My goal is to collaboratively create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable discussing anything that’s on your mind.

During the first session, you'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process, my professional background, and experience. Together, we’ll work to set clear goals that help guide our work and support you in reaching the outcomes you hope for.
