Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or unsure how to move forward in your relationships or personal life? I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, and self-esteem concerns. I offer a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and identify what is most important to you. I use a multimodal approach tailored to each person’s needs, incorporating tools from Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems.
