I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 17 years of experience. Life can be stressful, overwhelming and often difficult to turn for support. Congratulations on taking this first step! You are not alone and you don't need to face your challenges alone!

I believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, nonjudgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.

In working together, you can expect a collaborative approach where we work together to identify your goals and develop personalized strategies to address your concerns.

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
