Great to meet you!

As a survivor of childhood trauma, I have walked the path of seeking solutions—discovering ways of thinking, feeling, and being that truly support healing and growth. This journey has shaped my deep understanding of life’s challenges and the profound desire to help others navigate their own paths.

Philosophy has been an anchor in my life, offering invaluable insights that I’ve long enjoyed sharing as an educator. But beyond teaching, I yearned to bring this wisdom into practical, approachable frameworks for living a fulfilling human life. This aspiration led me to pursue a graduate diploma in Social Work and certification in Existential Analysis through the University of Vienna.

Today, I am deeply passionate about working with clients to transform their relationship with life and existence itself. Together, we explore ways to thrive—unlocking authenticity, purpose, and a sense of meaning that empowers them to live fully and intentionally.

My approach to therapy

Life arrives unannounced and without a manual. It challenges us, enriches us, and sometimes tests the very core of who we are. My approach to therapy centers on helping you navigate this complex landscape—empowering you to embrace your individuality, honor your passions, and cultivate a life that feels deeply meaningful.

I believe that true fulfillment begins with accepting reality as it is and learning to genuinely enjoy being yourself. Together, we’ll work to achieve internal harmony, a cornerstone of human happiness. In our sessions, you’ll explore the depth of your personhood, uncover new perspectives, and nurture an appreciation for simply being alive. My goal is to guide you toward thriving—not merely surviving—and to help you create deeper, more authentic relationships with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to be truly heard and deeply respected. I meet you exactly where you are, honoring your unique story and experiences. I believe that you hold the answers to your own challenges within yourself, and my role is to serve as your guide—helping you navigate the path toward greater harmony, understanding, and fulfillment.

Our sessions are a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together, we’ll uncover the strengths and wisdom already within you, fostering a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and purpose in your life.
