I work with adults and older adults facing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, stress management concerns, grief and loss, anger management challenges, and life transitions. With nearly two decades of experience in mental health counseling, I help clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful change.
