Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or ongoing stress begin affecting your ability to feel connected, confident, and in control of your life. You may be carrying the weight of difficult experiences, navigating major life changes, struggling with family conflict, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adults and older adults facing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, stress management concerns, grief and loss, anger management challenges, and life transitions. With nearly two decades of experience in mental health counseling, I help clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment where you feel heard, respected, and capable of moving toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution focused, and grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. I draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavioral Activation, Strength Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals and experiences. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences contributing to current challenges while developing healthier coping skills and strategies for growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, stress, grief, anger management difficulties, or major life transitions, therapy will focus on helping you build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment where your goals remain at the center of our work together. I believe therapy should provide both encouragement and practical guidance as you navigate life's challenges. As we work together, you may develop stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, increased confidence, and greater resilience when facing difficult situations. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful progress toward a life that feels more balanced, purposeful, and aligned with your values.
