Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults who have faced trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I’ve also had the privilege of supporting adults, couples, families, and older adults, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, and those from underserved and marginalized backgrounds. Giving back to the community and creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported is truly at the heart of my work.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of approaches in therapy—including Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Narrative, and other methods—because no two people are the same. I take a holistic view, understanding that your mind, body, emotions, and spirit are all deeply connected. My work is trauma-informed and client-centered, meaning we’ll go at your pace and focus on what feels most meaningful to you. You don’t have to face things alone—but the first step starts with you. From there, we’ll walk the path together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you—what’s been going on, what’s important to you, and what you hope to find in therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away; we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create an atmosphere of safety and curiosity where you feel heard, accepted, and supported. Together, we’ll start identifying what healing, growth, or change might look like for you.
