Welcome! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I’m experienced in a range of therapeutic modalities and versed in individual therapy for adults & teens. I received my master's degree at California State University, Chico. I have worked in many different specialties in order to be a well-rounded therapist.
My goal is to create a comfortable and effective approach tailored to you. I believe a cornerstone of a healing therapeutic experience is providing a professional relationship where it is safe to be truly and wholly yourself.
Our first session will be an intake so I can collect information and get to know you. I want you to feel safe and comfortable to open up and speak about anything.
