Great to meet you!

With over 21 years of clinical experience, I am dedicated to supporting adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and attachment issues, work-related stress, and life transitions. I am skilled in addressing an array of focus areas, including ADHD, burnout, cultural and racial stress, family conflict, intimate partner and domestic violence (IPV/DV), sleep concerns, women’s issues, and stress management. I also have extensive experience working with BIPOC individuals, the Black community, geriatric clients, parents, immigrants, blended families, and college students. Beyond my therapeutic work, I am passionate about cooking, discovering new recipes, and traveling. I am an avid reader who enjoys both fiction and nonfiction, and I cherish opportunities to connect with my favorite authors, especially when I can add a signed edition to my collection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in cultural humility, with a steadfast commitment to racial justice and allyship with the LGBTQ+ community. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique journey, drawing from a variety of evidence-based treatments. My practice is client-centered and strength-based. My communication style is calming, empathic, and focused on active listening.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment where you are empowered to share your authentic stories and explore the complexities of your life. I am here to support you, offering guidance, empathy, and evidence-based care tailored to your needs. Whether you are seeking support through a life transition, coping with stress, or working to heal from past experiences. Our work together will help you take the first step toward healing and actualizing personal growth.
