Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York and Connecticut with a background in behavioral health leadership, child advocacy, and individual psychotherapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have extensive experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I value the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and work collaboratively with clients to create a supportive, respectful space where meaningful change can unfold.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, collaborative, and compassionate way, believing that healing happens through connection and trust. Therapy is a space where we slow down, explore what feels difficult, and make sense of experiences together. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, and I tailor my approach to honor each person’s unique needs and pace.

I believe our culture, identity, family history, and lived experiences deeply shape how we see ourselves and the choices we make. I welcome conversations about these influences and strive to create a space where all parts of you feel acknowledged and respected. My goal is for clients to feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. Together, we’ll identify the areas that feel most important to address, and I’ll listen for themes to help shape some initial goals for our work.
