Great to meet you!

Something keeps pulling you back into the same patterns, the anxiety that returns no matter how much you manage it, the grief that hasn't had room to land, or the relationship dynamic you've tried to change but can't quite shift. I work with women navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges, helping them understand what's driving those patterns and how to start making choices that come from the inside out. My approach pays attention to the whole person, including what your body is telling you, not just what your mind is saying. Clients often describe me as someone who helps them understand themselves in ways they hadn't expected.

My approach to therapy

We start by getting curious about your patterns, how you respond under pressure, where you feel stuck, and what your nervous system has learned to protect you from. Together we work on building what I call an inner core of wellbeing: the kind that lets you be adaptive when things are hard and decisive when you need to act. I work well with women who sense that something deeper is driving their anxiety or grief, and who want more than coping strategies. The goal isn't just to feel less anxious. It's to help you fall in love with your life.

What you can expect from me

I want to hear your story, what's been happening, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will feel different. I'll share how I work and a bit about my background so you can decide whether we're a good fit. The first session is about connection and clarity, not pressure. When you're ready, reach out.
