Great to meet you!

I've been a therapist for over thirty years, and have significant experience helping clients improve their personal and relational lives. I work with a desire to promote change, bring new insight, and support each person in their journey. My place is not to judge, but to help clients decide what is needed to improve their life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, but it comes from a place of care and compassion. My calm demeanor helps clients feel at ease and promotes trust. Humor is also part of the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away new insights into their concerns. They will be given steps to take so positive change is experienced. They will also feel a sense of hope, and that some or all of their goals can be reached.
