Great to meet you!

I’m Paul Lewis, and I’ve spent more than four decades supporting people through life’s most difficult seasons. I offer sincere, respectful counseling for individuals facing anxiety, trauma, chronic depression, bipolar disorder, and long standing emotional struggles.

I also enjoy working with adolescent boys and young men who may feel caught between childhood and adulthood and need steady guidance during that stage of life. My faith is an important part of who I am. As a Deacon in my church, I understand how spiritual values can be a source of strength, and I’m happy to incorporate faith into therapy when it’s meaningful for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a clinical experience. We work together to understand what you’re facing and find practical ways to move forward.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship challenges, our focus will be on building resilience, gaining clarity, and creating meaningful change.

Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a relaxed atmosphere where conversation may include knowledge, reflection, laughter, and a sense of progress as we begin working toward solutions together.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, encouraged, and confident that you don’t have to face things alone.
