Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in South Florida with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health needs. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and have been licensed since 2009.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations and a broad spectrum of concerns, from everyday stress and life transitions to more complex mental health challenges. I'm also a Qualified Supervisor (QS) in Florida, reflecting my commitment to both clinical excellence and the development of the next generation of mental health professionals. I have additionally completed coursework toward the Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) credential, giving me a well-rounded foundation for supporting clients navigating substance use alongside mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative and client-centered — I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
