Great to meet you!

✨ Meet Your Provider ✨

I became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because I saw firsthand how difficult it can be for individuals and families to access quality mental health care. Long waitlists, limited provider availability, and feeling unheard can make an already overwhelming situation even harder. 💙

My goal is to create a space where patients feel genuinely supported, respected, and valued from the very first appointment. Mental health care should feel compassionate, collaborative, and personalized—not rushed or one-size-fits-all. 🌿

With experience as a Registered Nurse and advanced training as a PMHNP, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for children ages 6+ through adulthood. I have a special passion for helping:

✨ Youth experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges ✨ Women and girls with ADHD

✨ Neurodiverse individuals

✨ Families seeking understanding, guidance, and support

I believe healing happens best in a safe, judgment-free environment where patients and families feel heard and empowered. Together, we focus on practical and meaningful goals that improve emotional wellness, daily functioning, confidence, and overall quality of life. 🤝

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, exploring trails and state parks, and cheering on my children at their activities and competitions. 🌲

☀️ Family, authenticity, and balance are deeply important to me, and I strive to bring those same values into every therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

Collaborative & Personalized Care Perry believes the best outcomes happen when patients and families feel empowered, informed, and actively involved in their treatment journey. She values open communication and works closely with each individual to create realistic, meaningful goals together.

Warm, Compassionate, & Judgment-Free Known for her approachable and supportive style, Perry creates a safe environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She strives to build strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, respect, and genuine connection.

Care Across the Lifespan Perry provides psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring treatment plans to each person’s age, developmental stage, strengths, and unique needs.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach She embraces neurodiversity and provides strengths-based, affirming support for individuals with ADHD, autism, and behavioral or emotional differences. Her goal is to help clients feel understood, valued, and supported for who they are.

Focused on Growth & Empowerment Perry prioritizes education, validation, and practical strategies that help clients and families feel more confident navigating everyday challenges. She aims for each appointment to leave patients feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with meaningful next steps.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to leave sessions feeling:

• Heard and validated — your experiences and concerns are taken seriously, and your perspective matters. • Equipped with practical strategies — clear, actionable tools and resources that can be applied immediately. • Supported and encouraged — a sense that you are not navigating mental health challenges alone. • Engaged in collaborative treatment planning — individualized goals developed together, with a focus on what is most meaningful to you and your family. • Empowered — increased confidence, insight, and hope to move forward.

My goal is for every session to offer clarity, direction, and reassurance, so that each step of your mental health journey feels intentional, supported, and sustainable.
