Great to meet you!

I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being. I bring experience in providing comprehensive mental health care across diverse populations and am passionate about creating a safe, respectful environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and collaborative approach to care—one that considers the whole person, not just their symptoms. My practice combines thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences. I value open communication and shared decision-making, and I aim to empower clients throughout their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and professional space where their concerns are taken seriously. Our sessions will be grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and mutual respect. Whether we're exploring treatment options, reviewing progress, or adjusting care plans, my goal is to help you feel more balanced, understood, and in control of your mental health.
