Great to meet you!

With 47 years of experience and a deep commitment to my clients' well-being, I'm dedicated to providing a supportive and effective therapeutic experience. I graduated from Chapman University with departmental honors in both Sociology and Social Work, and I hold a graduate degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. My core strengths as a therapist are sincere empathy and deep listening, which I believe are the most powerful tools for fostering growth and healing. I am dedicated to continuous learning and am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor my methods to each client's unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is affirming and respectful, creating a safe space where you feel seen and valued for who you are. I believe in working as your partner, not as an authority, and I use a mirroring technique to help you gain a clearer understanding of your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll explore new insights in a collaborative and educational way, empowering you with the tools you need to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave with a deeper sense of self-awareness. My goal is to help you form a stronger alliance with yourself by teaching you how to truly listen to your inner thoughts and feelings. This process cultivates patience, tolerance, and understanding toward yourself, which in turn facilitates healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others. You will leave with a greater sense of clarity and empowerment, ready to apply these insights to your daily life.
