Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I work with adults and couples who would like support for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, life-transitions, personal growth, LGBTQIA+ struggles and exploration, religion/spirituality and more. I use an integrative approach in my therapeutic style, where I will collaborate with you to create unique therapy that is best-suited to you specifically. We will define what progress looks like for you and continue to revisit those goals throughout our work together.

My approach to therapy

I use many therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, CBT and experiential therapies, and I consistently make efforts to increase and enrich my knowledge. I am always striving to be feminist, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally humble, and intersectional. I take my own self-development and self-care seriously so that I may best support others.

What you can expect from me

Feel free to reach out to me for a consultation and see if we could be a good fit. There is nothing like having empathetic, encouraging, unbiased professional support, and I would be happy and grateful to provide that for you. We all deserve it.
