Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or noticing yourself repeating the same cycles or patterns year after year? Do you feel disconnected from yourself or your relationships? Life can bring challenges that feel heavy and difficult to navigate alone. While pain is a natural part of the human experience, you don’t have to carry it by yourself. I’m here to support you as we work together toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

I have been working in the social work field since 2017, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard free from judgment and grounded in compassion. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, insight, and tools to help you better understand yourself and move toward balance and growth.

I am currently accepting new clients.. If you’re unsure where to begin. I invite you to reach out. I offer a free consultation so we can connect and see if this feels like the right space for you.

When you’re ready, you can schedule a session through my website or send me an email I look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

My private practice focuses on self-love, emotional awareness, and regulation. Together, we’ll explore ways to strengthen your relationship with yourself, navigate personal growth, and work through life’s more difficult moments whether that includes family conflict, grief, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals develop self-preservation skills so they can stop pouring from an empty cup and begin showing up fully for themselves.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My goal is to collaborate with you to find what works best for your unique needs. In our sessions, you can expect kindness, unconditional support, and a direct, real approach that keeps you grounded and accountable. The work can be challenging, but you won’t have to face it alone.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, grounded space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, what you’re currently struggling with, and what you hope to gain from the process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out just an open space to show up as you are.

We’ll also talk briefly about your background, current stressors, and any relevant history that helps me understand your experience. I move at your pace, so you only share what feels comfortable.

My goal in the first session is to begin building a sense of safety and connection, while also starting to clarify what you’d like support with moving forward. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, as well as a direct and honest approach that helps us begin identifying patterns and goals.

By the end of the session, we’ll have a general sense of what working together could look like and discuss next steps.
