Great to meet you!

I primarily work with clients who have experienced a history of recurrent trauma or negative experiences, which has resulted in persistent depression or mood symptoms, difficulties in relationships, identity, or being able to fully enjoy their life. I collaborate with them through psychotherapy, first, and assess the need of medication as a tool, second, to help them get to a place of healing.

My approach to therapy

I provide thoughtful, trauma-informed psychiatric care and psychotherapy for emerging adults navigating the complexities of early adulthood. This is such a pivotal time in a young person’s life, and I truly believe that there are endless possibilities for your future. My goal is to help you reach your goals. Whether you're a college or graduate student, resident or trainee, a new young adult in New York City, or simply finding your way through a challenging life transition, I will always offer a safe, collaborative space to explore what you're going through.

What you can expect from me

While working together, we explore the ways that your past impacts your present and the future that you want for yourself. We will look at the unconscious and conscious patterns and expectations that you bring your relationships and interactions.
