Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. I have over 3 years of experience working with families, couples, adolescents/teens, and young adults. I work with an array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transition stress, marital strife, co-parenting, and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a collaborative approach with clients, incorporating humor, humanity, and compassion. My therapeutic style is tailored to the needs of my clients, so every client feels seen, heard, and cared for. I emphasize mind-body connection and provide education on how the nervous system affects daily experiences. Every individual is influenced by a relational system, so I focus heavily on how clients can maneuver through their systems in a functional way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include gathering background information such as personal and family history, and goals of therapy. Clients are in the driver's seat, so you can share as much or as little as you'd like during the first session. We will also determine whether the therapeutic relationship will be a good fit for you to ensure you are getting the most out of your experience.
