Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Rachael and I have 20+ years of experience working with children / teens / adults as a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing mental health and substance abuse therapy services. My background includes individual and group therapy in home-based settings, schools, inpatient/residential facilities, and various correctional environments. I currently offer telehealth therapy services throughout the State of Colorado.

My approach to therapy

I earned my Master’s Degrees in Clinical Counseling and Criminology from Regis University in Denver, CO. I’m also a Certified Addiction Specialist and have completed my certification in brain spotting (BSP). Brain Spotting is an advanced form of trauma therapy that stems from EMDR. BSP allows individuals to process trauma and unresolved emotions.
