Rachel Coudret

Rachel earned her master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University. Prior to that, she completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University, with minors in Human Resources and Sociology.

Rachel stays current with the latest research and attends professional development workshops to continuously expand her knowledge and skills. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and strives to provide the most effective and up-to-date interventions for her clients.

In her practice, Rachel adopts a trauma-focused approach when working with clients. She believes in meeting clients where they are, acknowledging their unique experiences and challenges. Rachel understands the importance of compassionately challenging clients to help them achieve their goals. She approaches her work with empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complex factors that contribute to mental health and substance use issues.

One of Rachel's goal in every session is to create a comfortable and safe environment for clients to be vulnerable. She utilizes humor as a way to foster connections and encourage open communication. She recognizes the interconnectedness between their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
