Rachel earned her master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University. Prior to that, she completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University, with minors in Human Resources and Sociology.

In her practice, Rachel adopts a trauma-focused approach when working with clients. She believes in meeting clients where they are, acknowledging their unique experiences and challenges. Rachel understands the importance of compassionately challenging clients to help them achieve their goals. She approaches her work with empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complex factors that contribute to mental health and substance use issues.
