Great to meet you!

I have spent my career working with adolescents, adults and families in a clinical or school setting. I specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, body image, and women's issues, and I am passionate about working with women facing health conditions such as endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, PCOS, adenomyosis, etc. I gained my clinical expertise through my work as an outpatient therapist, a school counselor, an assistant clinical director in a residential eating disorders program, as well as through my work with a national organization dedicated to supporting individuals affected by eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients takes on a holistic approach, with a goal of determining counseling techniques most appropriate for your personal exploration, insight and growth. I come into a counseling session with a foundation in person-centered counseling, offering a warm, safe, non-judgmental, empathic, goal-oriented space for you to dive in, explore, and take action towards positive change.

What you can expect from me

I would be honored to be part of your journey, but remember, this is your journey, I am simply here to serve as a guide. “The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination”—Carl Rogers.
