I'm Rachel, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Orange County, California. I graduated from Charles Drew University with my Masters degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My background as a neonatal intensive care nurse has made me a solution-oriented, responsive, and empathetic provider.
My goal is for my clients to feel safe and understood. I am collaborative with my clients and create a personalized treatment plan that is both evidence based, and patient centered.
I believe in setting attainable goals, and helping my clients achieve them. I want my clients to feel empowered to continue their mental health journey, and knowing they can have a provider they can depend on.
