Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. I’ve spent over five years in mental health and ten years in healthcare settings, and I’m passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Although I work with a wide range of clients, but I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ and TGNB-identified individuals, as well as those navigating the challenges of pregnancy and the postpartum period. I also see people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and post-traumatic stress, chronic stress, chronic illness, mindfulness, codependency, perfectionism, procrastination and avoidance, life transitions, and issues related to power, oppression, and privilege.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a space that’s both warm, trusting, and real. I’m someone who will listen closely, pick up on the things that matter, and offer both support and a little bit of a push when needed. Humor is an important part of my approach as it helps foster connection and eases tough moments. I also strive to create a space that is focused on social justice, and the real impact systems of oppression, power, and privilege have on our lives. My approach blends understanding of your unique experiences, evidence-based modalities, mindfulness techniques, and building in practical skills to help improve your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel genuinely understood—both in who they are and in the unique challenges they face. I aim to create a space that is validating, supportive, and reflective, while also gently encouraging growth and meaningful change when appropriate. I care deeply about how the therapeutic process feels for you, and I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to develop a plan that aligns with your goals and fosters lasting change.
