Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping teens aged 12-17 navigate the emotional complexities of adolescence, including challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My strengths-based and positive psychology approach empowers teens to harness their unique strengths and develop effective tools for managing their emotions, building self-confidence, and creating a positive path forward. If you’re ready to support your teen in developing resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence, I’d love to connect. Please reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions. Together, we can help your teen.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is focused on empowering teens to recognize and build on their strengths, self-confidence, and a sense of agency in their lives. I believe that with the right support, every teen can develop resilience and learn how to thrive despite life’s challenges. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where teens can be heard.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether your teen is struggling with anger management, feeling overwhelmed by depression, or dealing with the effects of trauma, I provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. Together, we focus on finding solutions and creating strategies to overcome these obstacles, while emphasizing personal strengths and resilience.
