Great to meet you!

Hi, Im so glad you're here. In addition to medication management, I take a warm, whole‐person approach to mental health. We look at simple things that make a big difference like sleep, nutrition, movement, and daily habits and pair them with practical tools you can use right away. I also teach skills such as deep breathing, nervous system regulation, and ADHD‐friendly strategies to help you move through tough moments with more ease. My goal is to make care feel supportive, grounded, and genuinely helpful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and goal-oriented - I combine evidence-based therapy with medication management, when appropriate, so we're treating the whole person, not just symptoms. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and work toward it with a personalized plan.

I draw on several modalities depending on what fits your needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation and distress tolerance, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move toward meaningful goals even when emotions are hard, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to build self-awareness and interrupt cycles of rumination. I also use Behavior Management strategies to support practical, lasting change in daily life.

I pay close attention to how lifestyle factors - sleep, diet, exercise, and daily routines - are affecting your mental health. I believe care should be concrete and genuinely useful outside of session too.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share what's been going on. There's no pressure to have it all figured out - I just want to hear your story.

I'll ask about your history, your current challenges, and what you're hoping to work toward. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just ready to try something different, all of that is welcome here. I'm passionate about listening without judgment and helping people feel less alone - that starts from our very first conversation.

If medication is something you're considering, we'll talk through it openly together. I believe in informed, collaborative decision-making - you're always in the driver's seat. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, less alone, and with a clearer sense of what comes next.
