My approach to therapy

Sometimes processing aloud can be supportive in connecting to your goals and values. This space can be available to you to address whatever you might need in the moment and to process what may come up in life changes and challenges. Curiosity and willingness to explore can be key to creating a meaningful and present life. Sessions are collaborative and include skill building. Let's talk about your strengths and how to build into the spheres of wellness.

What you can expect from me

After sessions you may experience reconnecting with curiosity, self-compassion, self-expression, skill building for various life changes and challenges.
