Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with adults on various issues including substance use/addictions, anxiety, identity development issues, stress management, and relationship issues. I work with Christians on these issues as well.

My approach to therapy

I take a Christian and holistic approach when it comes to working through issues. Your mind, body, and spirit are connected and each needs to be looked at to paint a proper picture of what’s going on in order to heal. I am empathetic and non judgemental, but direct because I want to see you make progress as quickly as possible. My goal is for us to work together enough that you no longer need me.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include me asking a lot of questions to find out about your current concerns, past history, what’s worked in the past and what hasn’t. After that we will develop short term goals to work toward together and discuss how often you want to be seen for sessions.
