Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Rachel. I work with adults on various issues including substance use, addictions, anxiety, identity development issues, stress management, and relationship issues. I also specialize in Christian counseling.

My approach to therapy

I take a Christian and holistic approach when it comes to working through issues. Your mind, body, and spirit are connected. Each needs to be looked at to paint a proper picture of what is truly going on in order to heal. I am empathetic and non-judgmental, but direct. I want to see you make progress as quickly as possible. My goal is for us to work together and get you to a stage where you have the tools to move through your days on your own!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to gain an understanding of what brings you to therapy. I want to develop a set plan that will help empower you in day to day life. Book with me through my calendar to schedule a session.
