Great to meet you!

My work in community mental health has nurtured a strong commitment to supporting people as they heal from trauma and strengthen their relationships, careers, and overall well‐being. I’m dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate internal challenges, helping them move toward greater independence and more meaningful connection in their communities.

My approach to therapy

My style is genuine and resourceful, integrating humor or creativity when it supports the work. I focus on skill‐building and practical tools, often using role‐playing to strengthen communication, set boundaries, and prepare for real‐life situations. Sessions are collaborative, giving clients space to gain clarity, connect insights, and leave feeling accomplished.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a sense of safety as we begin our alliance. I believe that the safer you feel, the deeper and more meaningful your work can be. I build this foundation by getting to know you, your hopes for therapy, and how you want to invest your time so you feel supported and engaged in the process. I also make sure to keep you informed throughout the therapeutic work so you know what to expect.
