Great to meet you!

If you're carrying anxiety, unprocessed trauma, or the weight of a life transition that's harder than you expected, you don't have to work through it alone. With over 20 years of experience, I work with individuals and families navigating complex stressors, relational challenges, and experiences that haven't had space to heal. I provide culturally responsive care and, for those whose faith is part of their life, I'm glad to integrate Christian counseling into our work together — that's always an option, never an expectation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and strengths-based — we build from what's already working in you, then develop tools to address what isn't. I draw on CBT, trauma-informed care, family systems thinking, and narrative approaches, adapting to your goals, values, and pace. Our sessions are collaborative: you bring the expertise on your own life, and I bring clinical training and 20+ years of walking alongside people through real change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask what brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. From there, we'll start to shape goals that feel grounded and achievable — not a generic plan, but one built around where you actually are right now. You can come with a clear agenda or just a sense that something needs to shift. Either way, we'll find a place to begin.
