Great to meet you!

Earning my MSW from Rutgers gave me a strong foundation, but what continues to inspire my work are the trainings I’ve pursued in approaches like EMDR and Sand Play Therapy. These methods allow me to support healing in ways that go beyond traditional talk therapy, creating space for deeper growth and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I take an inclusive and holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person to support meaningful growth. I primarily use CBT to help clients gain insight into their thought patterns, alongside EMDR to gently address past traumas, anxiety, and depression, creating a safe space for healing and personal development.

What you can expect from me

When clients engage actively in the therapeutic process, they develop skills that can be applied across many areas of their life, fostering growth, resilience, and lasting change.
