Great to meet you!

My experience is working with individuals and families who struggle with substance use, mental health, adjustment disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, borderline personality disorder, relationship conflicts, legal difficulties and self-esteem issues

My approach to therapy

My approach is open, warm, nonjudgmental and direct. My experience is working with teens through older adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, substance use, and patterns of emotional dysregulation.

The world is loud now—with social media, constant comparisons, and endless advice online, it’s easy to second-guess yourself and feel uncertain about the best path forward. My goal as a therapist is to help you quiet the noise and trust your own judgement all while building skills to help alleviate your symptoms and improve your well-being.

I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills—practical tools for managing emotions, reducing conflict, and improving relationships. These skills, combined with a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, can help you build balance, resilience, and confidence in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we’ll work together to understand what brought you to therapy, clarify your goals, and begin identifying the tools and strategies that can support your growth. As we move forward, you can expect to deepen your self-understanding, shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, and develop effective strategies for coping with life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, confident, and connected to your own strengths.
