Raquel Manning

Raquel has over 10 years of experience in mental health. She owns a private practice, Omni Elite Counseling & Consulting, where she serves youth, adolescents, and adults. She holds a license as a LMHC and a professional certificate as a School Counselor. Raquel also has experience working with athletes, providing mental skills training to address performance issues. She is in the process of obtaining a doctoral degree in Sports and Performance Psychology.

Raquel prides herself on having a warm, relaxed and approachable counseling style. She believes in treating each individual with the same level of respect, compassion, patience, and sensitivity while also valuing their cultural diversity and identities. Raquel’s therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-focused, and trauma-focused techniques.

Raquel understands that rapport and therapeutic relationships are extremely important when serving clients, therefore she is committed to taking time to make sure she is the right fit for you. She will never be offended if you feel you need a different approach. It takes courage to take the steps to start counseling and she will honor and respect your journey through this season of life.
