Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that in today's climate mental health wellness is key to a sustainable life and life's experiences. The decision to explore therapy is not easy to do, congratulations to you for doing the hard thing! I have been practicing for over 10 plus years. My main focus is male and female clients between the ages of 16-45 struggling with life's adjustments, anxiety and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, curious and empowering. I believe that everyone is unique and their needs are no exception to that as well. I believe in direct and open communication. I will be here to listen, to hold a sacred, supportive space for you and challenge you when needed.

What you can expect from our first session

I start my sessions by introducing myself and listening to whatever it is that you may want to talk about .We will discuss the things that you would like to accomplish in therapy in terms of treatment goals. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, safe and supported to share the parts of you that you feel that I need to know and understand.
