Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I hold an M.A. in both Experimental Psychology and Clinical Forensic Psychology, as well as a graduate certificate in Mental Health Counseling. Most recently I have been working with adolescents who are struggling with eating disorders in a residential setting, addressing disordered eating and negative body image as well as depression, trauma, and anxiety. In addition to this, I have experience working with individuals going through life transitions and relationship struggles, along with anxiety and depression.

I believe that clients thrive when they feel safe and supported, and my goal is to provide that space where personal growth can be achieved. In order to accomplish this, I practice an integrative, client- centered approach intended to meet the client where they are in their journey. This means that I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities in order to tailor sessions to your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you on your journey. I believe healing and personal growth happen best when we work together in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you. With a background in Clinical Forensic Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, from children to adults, navigating challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.
