Are you transitioning to/from college? Whether it's graduating high school and moving on to college or graduating college and moving on to the "real world", we can do this together. Encountering feelings of anxiety, perfectionism, poor self-esteem, and depression are all common. I provide a warm, collaborative environment to help you work through your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and pursue your values-driven goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a Cognitive Behavioral and mindfulness approach by processing emotions and feelings, and learning new techniques and skills to cope. My approach to therapy is providing a safe and empathetic place to allow healing and develop self-awareness to gain a better understanding of the true self. Homework and creating healthy coping skills that work for you outside of the session are important in our treatment together.

What you can expect from me

I help young adults challenge depression and anxiety, build self-confidence, and process life's stressors by providing a safe and supportive space. I am also a Certified Mental Game Coach and Sports Nutrition Coach, working with athletes and coaches. I provide therapy to individuals residing in New York and New Jersey.
