Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years, working in a variety of settings—from schools and community agencies to private practice. I’m also a mom to teenagers, a wife, and a runner, so I understand how busy and complicated life can be. My experiences, both personal and professional, have taught me how important it is to care for your mental and emotional well-being. I’m here to support you wherever you are on your journey.

My approach to therapy

For many years, I worked with children, teens, and families, and I still enjoy helping parents navigate school systems and family dynamics. But more recently, I’ve found myself really drawn to working with adults who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship struggles, my approach is focused on what you need. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always keeping in mind the connection between mental and physical health. I believe self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a team effort, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. We’ll take time to understand what’s been weighing on you and what goals you’d like to work toward—both big and small. Whether you're hoping to build better coping skills, feel less overwhelmed, or find more peace in your relationships, we’ll create a plan that fits you. I’ll meet you with compassion, honesty, and encouragement. Reaching out for help is a brave first step, and I’d be honored to support you as you take the next ones.
