Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, and I'm excited to connect with you. With a decade of experience in the mental health field and five years as a practicing therapist, my focus has always been on understanding and supporting people who are working through life’s big questions—about themselves, their relationships, and their experiences.

I truly believe in the power of therapy to help you build resilience and create positive change. Your journey is unique, and I’m here to support you with compassion, empathy, and respect every step of the way.

If you're ready to explore your experiences, gain new insights, and take steps toward a more fulfilling life, I'm here for you. Let’s take that first step together!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation. We'll work together to explore who you are, what you want, and how to make each day feel a little lighter. We'll look at how your past experiences may be affecting your present and find practical tools to help you build new skills. My specialties include helping cis and trans women with ADHD, LGBTQIA+ clients, and people navigating anxiety, depression, and parenting stress.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a down-to-earth style that helps clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. My goal is to help you gain insight, navigate life’s challenges with more confidence, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

Whether you're processing overwhelming emotions, exploring patterns in relationships, or just trying to make sense of a tough season in life, I’ll be right there with you—offering thoughtful reflection, a touch of humor when it’s needed, and practical strategies to support your growth. Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and goals.
