Great to meet you!

Rebecca brings over two decades of experience in mental health and human services and believes that healing happens within safe, respectful, and trusting relationships. She approaches each client with genuine curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for their lived experience. Rebecca understands that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when juggling work, family, health, and personal expectations and she strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Her background in psychology, mindfulness, meditation, and understanding of executive functioning and organization allows her to support both emotional growth and practical life skills. She has a particular interest in working with adult professionals and college students navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, life transitions, burnout, and chronic stress.

My approach to therapy

Rebecca’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She believes therapy works best when it is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and pace. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Rebecca partners with clients to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for daily life.

Her work integrates emotional processing, executive functioning support, mindfulness, and self-compassion. She focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, manage overwhelm, and build sustainable routines that support long-term well-being. Therapy with Rebecca is both reflective and action-oriented balancing deeper understanding with meaningful, achievable change.

What you can expect from me

The first session with Rebecca is focused on creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Clients are invited to share what brings them to therapy, their concerns, and their hopes for treatment at their own pace. There is no pressure to “have everything figured out.”

During this session, Rebecca will ask thoughtful questions to better understand each client’s history, strengths, and current challenges. Together, you will begin to identify goals and discuss how therapy can best support your needs. Clients can expect a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental experience, one that prioritizes emotional safety and collaboration from the very beginning.

Rebecca is committed to helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck toward feeling grounded, confident, and empowered, one step at a time.
