Great to meet you!

I work to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, adults, and families feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. Using a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping clients stuck, develop effective coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and build resilience to create meaningful, lasting change. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions throughout Illinois.

My approach to therapy

My passion lies in empowering individuals to navigate life's complexities with self-compassion and a deep sense of confidence. I am excited about the opportunity to share my experience and genuine passion for wellness to empower each individual.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my priority is creating a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. During our first session, we'll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, discuss your strengths, and identify what you hope to achieve. I'll also explain my approach, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

With 25 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families, I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You can expect compassion, honesty, practical strategies, and a focus on helping you build the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
