I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State who has a variety of experience in Mental health and Early Intervention. Obtaining a Master’s Degree shortly after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces. I have worked in the mental health field in different capacities for over 10 years continuing to try to serve as many individuals as possible to promote a balanced body and mind through private practice established 5 years ago.

I work with clients to determine which approach is most appropriate for them and how best to navigate their concerns through it. Specializing in CBT, Cognitive Processing, Behavioral Therapeutic approaches, the goal to provide what the client needs when needed.

A different perspective on concerns and issues, being able to navigate these concerns and problem solving through these methods in various capacities.
