Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health clinician with several years of experience providing outpatient therapy services. I have worked primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I received my Masters Degree from American International College. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns, and I also have experience with trauma-related symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, supportive, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and feel empowered to create positive, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a relaxed and supportive environment where they feel safe, heard and not judged. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy and exploring what you would like to work on. I may ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and strengths to better understand your needs. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and what progress might look like for you. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling more comfortable, supported, and confident about taking the next steps in your healing and growth.
