Great to meet you!

I help adults regain focus, emotional stability, and confidence through thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care. My approach combines medication management (when appropriate) with practical lifestyle and behavioral strategies so treatment fits your real life — not just a checklist of symptoms.

Many of the adults I work with are high-functioning, capable people who feel exhausted behind the scenes. ADHD rarely comes alone. Anxiety and depression often overlap. Mood instability can make even simple tasks feel heavy. Together, we slow things down, look at the full picture, and build a plan that supports your brain and your goals.

My approach to therapy

Treatment may include medication, lifestyle adjustments, behavioral strategies, and supportive therapy — depending on what makes the most sense for you. Every plan is collaborative, carefully considered, and designed to support your whole life, not just your symptoms.

You don’t need to be “fixed.” You deserve steady guidance, real expertise, and a plan that helps you feel like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — not a rushed prescription visit.

We’ll spend time discussing:

  • Your current symptoms and what’s feeling hardest right now
  • Your history with mood, anxiety, ADHD, or past treatments
  • Medical history, sleep, stress, and lifestyle patterns
  • What has helped — and what hasn’t

By the end of the visit, we’ll discuss:

  • A clear understanding of what may be going on
  • Whether medication could be helpful
  • Holistic and practical strategies to support you
  • Next steps and a collaborative treatment plan

You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of partnership — not just a prescription.
