Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 10 years of experience in integrated medical and behavioral health services, nonprofit work, and private practice, I am committed to offering a safe and caring space for healing. I strive to listen , honor your experiences, and work alongside you as you clarify your goals and build a path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in genuine partnership. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and a wide range of emotional challenges. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution‐Focused approaches—evidence‐based methods that help clients recognize patterns, build practical coping skills, and take meaningful steps aligned with their values.

I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you explore your experiences. Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with the goal of helping you feel empowered and understood as we work together toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for you to share what led you to seek support. I’ll invite you to talk about your background, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll start shaping a personalized plan that reflects your needs and helps you move toward the changes you want to see.
