Great to meet you!

Welcome! No matter what challenges you're facing—whether personal struggles, uncertainty in the world, or simply the weight of daily stressors—it can feel overwhelming at times. I would like to support you! I am easy to talk to and not judgmental.

I have a lot of experience with the following issues: depression, stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction/substance abuse, trauma, emotional and physical abuse, and life transitions.

I have a Masters in Counseling and a Bachelors in Psychology.

My approach to therapy

My approach is very person-centered and non-judgmental.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step.
