Great to meet you!

Sometimes life changes so much that you are left wondering who you are now. I work with young adults, mothers, and adults who are navigating depression, trauma, grief, family stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward after loss, strained relationships, friendship changes, or shifts in family dynamics.

I help clients better understand what they are carrying and begin moving toward more clarity, confidence, and stability.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a background in psychology and social work. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work, followed by a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.

I have prior experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, depression, anxiety, stress management, family therapy, and counseling for children and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create lasting change that feels meaningful in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what has been weighing on you, what feels most important right now, and what you want to be different. We’ll begin identifying the main stressors, losses, or life changes that may be affecting you and start building a plan that feels clear and manageable.
